Granola Bites
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup ground flaxseed (Cheapest at Winco in bulk section, then ground in food processor at home.)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup honey or agave nectar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1. Combined all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
2. Form into tablespoon sized balls.
3. Place on parchment paper, let set in fridge for 1 hour.
4. Keep in container in fridge.
